Kurtis personally conducts property inspections and works directly with clients to understand the purpose and requirements of each assignment. His experience includes a broad range of residential properties, including acreages, strata properties, fee simple properties and multi-family properties up to six units.
KRT Appraisals operates in accordance with the professional standards of the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC), with appraisal reports prepared in accordance with the Canadian Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (CUSPAP).
